Warm up Workout

Here we go into a warm  up routine that can be used to prepare for  a boxing workout.  Here we will loosen and stretch out and increase the heart rate in preparation for a boxing workout.

Here we go not a full body resistance with  workout wtih kettlebells.   Each exercise should include 20 repitition. 

Punch Strategy Workout

Demonstrating boxing styles and strategies you can work with a shadowboxing and bag workout, for an Off Centre Boxer & Counterpuncher.

Boxing endurnace workout.

This is a boxing endurnace workout that lasts almost 23 minutes.  Changing each exercise every minute.
 

Boxing Technique Home Workout

This is a 20-20 home boxing techniqual workout. 
Boxing techniqual workout drill with a enhanced cardio
Do each exercise 20 times to complete.

Technique & Skills Workout

Here we are going into a 5 by 3 minute effective boxing workout incorporating a warm up, boxing technique and working the abdominals.  Each round will be three minutes rest with one recovery minute between each round.

Full Conditioning Circut Workout

This is a workout to keep in shape while working boxing technique.  Exercises change every minute with no break thoughout
 

 

Mixed 3 x 3 Advanced Shadow Boxing Workout

Here we go through a 3 by 3 minute techniqual shadowboxing workout, there is one minutes recovery between each round

20 Minute Steady Heartrate Workout

This 20 minute steady heartrate workout is excellent for keeping fit, enhancing punch technique and endurance.  There is no exercises change each minute
