Boxing Stance Starter
There are two types of boxing stances:
Left hand fighters (Southpaw’s power comes from left hand) Right handed fighters (Orthodox, power comes from right hand) Fists should be facing the sky Chin tucked into lead shoulder Elbow’s level and tight into the rib cage Feet slightly further than hip distance apart, up on the balls of the feet |
